The bill (Reg. No. 2593a) is aimed at harmonizing provisions of the Budget Code in line with the Laws “On disposal of the transport vehicles” and “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on the payment of ecological tax for the out-of-service transport vehicles”, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on July 4, 2013 .
It is suggested supplement clause 2 of article 29 of the Budget Code of Ukraine and clause 4 of article 30.
During the discussion, the Committee members voiced several remarks to the bill that are submitted to the specialized committee.
